Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup on. please also avoid using retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid and other exfoliants at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment to avoid over exfoliation.

Please allow sufficient time for travel and to find the location. If you are late 10 minutes you will be charged a £10 late fee. If you are late up to 15 minutes you will be charged a £15 late fee. Anything after 15 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and you will have to pay a deposit for a new appointment.

A consultation appointment is compulsory for clients that are looking to begin their skin journey. Consultations are a very important part of your skin journey to ensure the best possible results for your skin. If you are looking for a one time treatment, you do not need to book a consultation.

Failure to provide 48 hours notice or more to reschedule or cancel your appointment will result in 50% of the service being charged. No shows will be charged 100% of the service on their card. You can only reschedule once with the same deposit. If we charge your card and it declines - you will be banned from booking in with us.

A deposit of £30 is required to book an appointment and the remainder will be collected by cash or card on the day of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless I have cancelled your appointment. Packages require full payment and are non-refundable.

Treatments are for women over the age of 18 only. Please bring your ID to your appointment. Please come to your appointment alone. No children or plus ones allowed unless discussed prior.
